The Right to Work. The Stability to Build.

Work authorization is more than a document — it is the ability to provide for your family and build the life you came here for. At Greater Hope, we help immigrants navigate the EAD process so they can work legally and confidently.

Understanding Work Authorization

Many immigrants in the U.S. are eligible to work legally, but the pathway varies depending on your immigration status. Work authorization is granted through an Employment Authorization Document (EAD), issued on Form I-766. Some immigrants receive it automatically; others must apply separately. We help you understand your eligibility and apply accurately.

Who Can Apply?

You may qualify if you are a pending adjustment of status applicant, asylum applicant or asylee, TPS holder, DACA recipient, certain nonimmigrant visa holder, or have a pending or approved immigrant petition. Because eligibility is tied to your immigration category, correct filing is essential — errors can cause denial or delays.

What We Help You With

For adjustment applicants, we file I-765 and I-131 together for combined work and travel authorization.
